Dear Friends and Colleagues,

As you know, for more than a decade, HIAS has sponsored an Annual Poster Contest for Immigrant Youth. This year was no exception. The theme of this year is "My Family's Story", since each family has a unique and very special story concerning their decision to leave their homeland to come to this country to achieve their Golden American Dream.

Your organization has been a longtime partner and active participant of HIAS/LOREO-CVEI communal projects. Now we ask you to work with us on promotion to initiate Immigrant Youth's participation in the Poster Contest 2009. As our partners we'd like you to use this opportunity to allow your children to demonstrate their talents and to become WINNERS of the HIAS's Annual Poster Contest 2009.

Please review attached information and distribute it to the members of your organization. All entries must be received by Friday, October 16, 2009.
