02 Nov.08 Today the Second Russkiy Mir Assembly got underway at the Intellectual Center of Moscow State University. The opening remarks were delivered by Vyacheslav Nikonov, executive director of the Russkiy Mir Foundation, and Lyudmila Verbitskaya, rector of St. Petersburg State University and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russkiy Mir Foundation.
